What’s the Scheme About?
Part of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, this initiative is designed to promote smart education and digital empowerment for students in public universities. Laptops will be awarded purely on merit, giving everyone a fair shot to shine in the digital age.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Must be enrolled in a public sector university or HEC-recognized degree-awarding institute.

Eligible programs include:
-
PhD
-
MS/MPhil (18 years)
-
1.5 & 2-year Master’s degrees
-
4 or 5-year Bachelor’s programs (morning/evening shifts)

Must have:

At least 70% marks (2.80 CGPA) in the semester system, or
-
60% marks in the annual system
-
❌ Who is Not Eligible:

Students from private institutions
-
Those who have already received a laptop under previous federal/provincial schemes

Students enrolled in government degree or affiliated colleges
-
Foreign nationals, except students from AJK
